The La Renta Hotel & Spa, Hanoi

My stay at The La Renta Hotel & Spa was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right near the old quarter and peaceful at night, but I did encounter some issues with the room. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the comfort of the bed left much to be desired, with springs you could feel. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

My stay at The Larenta was a mixed bag, for sure. The location was pretty awesome for getting around and checking out local shops and eateries. However, I faced quite a few hiccups with the room itself, which left a lot to be desired. Overall, while there were some redeeming qualities, I can't overlook the negatives I encountered.

I had a fantastic stay at The La Renta Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Andy at reception who assisted me with booking tours. However, there were minor issues with the balcony door being loud and the automatic corridor lights shining into my room for a bit too long.

However, the lack of an elevator was a bit of a hassle, especially since I was on the fourth floor with heavy luggage.
